Active Aging Mindset

The health and fitness mindset I propose for us older folks revolves around a very simple formula: strength+speed=power. I practice it every chance I get and I feed it with nutritious whole foods. There is no reason I can think of why we can’t be a bit more athletic in our exercise selection to improve and maintain strength, agility and healthy movement patterns. So flatten out that downward curve that you are in and enjoy a stronger, faster and more nimble you.
